Probably the bra: If there are no lumps on self breast exam or dischares, breast tenderness as you have described is consistent with trying to squeeze in a cup size too small.

I have many lumps under the skin on my chest, arms, trunk, neck, legs. Some as small as rice grains. Very painful when touched. Over a year now. I have elevated crp for 3yrs ranging from 18-35mg/l and high wbc. Feel extremely fatigued and pain.
Why did my boobs move closer? For some reason a few years ago when i was 25 suddenly 1 night my boobs became super painful and inflamed (i went up almost 2 cup sizes) and come morning they didn't hurt, but had shifted about an inch closer to each other. P
