Consult Cardiologist: Escitalopram interacts with both Clarithromycin and aspirin to produce heart rhythm abnormalities and prolonged bleeding.. Presumably the physicians who prescribed those drugs know what else you're taking, but go over it with your internist or cardiologist. Ask him/her if it's ok to take aspirin. Perhaps he'll suggest another NSAID like Tylenol.
