I have taken 14g of paracetamol in a single go. it has been 48 hours but i don't have any symptoms of paracetamol poisoning. also i did not had vomiti?

Recommend ER: Would recommend going to the ER right away. Even if you don't have symptoms. It depends on whether you have other problems (taking certain drugs, HIV, CF, etc) as to whether you're at higher risk of liver damage. They can perform labs and check paracetamol levels and possibly start treatment in the form of N-Acetyl Cysteine which can protect against liver damage from Paracetamol. Best of luck!
