When did you have it: If your "resting" heart rate is 150bpm that is clearly too fast..If it occurred when exercising, its NORMAL..If it occurs spontaneously it is probably an arrythmia (abnormal heart rate) such as P.A.T. (paroxysmal atrial tachycardia) Hope this info is helpful! Dr Z
