A member asked:

Read online reports that rare genetic disorders can cause noticable growth spurts in 40yo adults w/no other physical changes. what are those disorders?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Growth spurts: It would be quite unusual for a 40 year old man to have growth spurts. That does not mean he has no problems and he must see his Primary doctor as soon as possible.
