Different if exposed: The process has changed.Your earlier series would not protect you more than a year or two. Today with confirmed exposure the series is usually 3 shots, and people usually don't get sick with them like the older process. The stuff is very expensive and has a limited usable life after produced, so it is usually only kept in stock at a few locations.
