I was vaccinated for rabies in 1978 ( i was 4 yrs old) with 14 shots in the rear end. one shot per day for 14 continuous days. what would i need now?

Different if exposed: The process has changed.Your earlier series would not protect you more than a year or two. Today with confirmed exposure the series is usually 3 shots, and people usually don't get sick with them like the older process. The stuff is very expensive and has a limited usable life after produced, so it is usually only kept in stock at a few locations.
