Urachal cyst?: yes, there is a connection between belly button and bladder and urethra ( penis). The belly button is connected to bladder with a tube called urachus. After birth it closes and shrinks, but sometime it may not completely close down and leave some parts which will be called urachal cyst. Sometime there is naval discharge not always. Please see a urologist and discuss these things which i mentioned
