No worries: A second flu shot separated by 4 months should not have any increase in adverse effects... I assume too that this was some time in the past? If anything, you may be better protected by having an extra stimulation to your immune system. There is a HIGH DOSE flu shot out there for older folks - and that has 4 times the amount of antigens in it (kind of like getting 4 flu shots), so this is OK by me
