Go see a doctor.: I hate to pawn this off, but it sounds like you have an acute illness which requires an evaluation and initiation of treatment. By your description, this could be bronchitis. Or pneumonia. Or anemia. There are a bunch of things this could be, but your plight requires an evaluation.
