Likely fine: Usually leaves are not considered allergens (except for the sap sometimes causing contact skin allergy) but if you are highly allergic to alfalfa pollen, you may get some itching in the mouth or throat area if the leaves are contaminated with pollen. Even then the risk is low since the hot water in preparing the tea will likely destroy the allergens in the pollen.
