Day 32: If you had 7 positive pregnancy tests on cycle day 32 then it sounds like you are pregnant. One would not expect to see anything on an ultrasound this early. Contact the ordering physician to determine why the sonogram was done. They can instruct you on the next steps. They may want to order a blood BHCG level.
