Yes: Blood pregnancy tests can be positive approximately 9 days post ovulation, although the levels will be low and measuring them on day 14 post-ovulation are more conclusive. Depending on the laboratory, HCG levels greater than 5 iu/ml indicate that you are pregnant. Normal HCG levels double every 1.7 to 3.4 days which should help you determine the pregnancy is doing well.
