See Ob/Gyn...: If you are ovulating and still aren't pregnant after a year of "trying," its time to see an Ob/Gyn or fertility specialist and find out why you are having difficulty. There aren't many more things you can do at home. Best wishes!

Consult time: After a year of trying it is reasonable for both of you to see a fertility specialist. It takes 2 for this to work & he could be shooting blanks. If there is a real problem for either of you they can help you fix it or inform you of other ways to get pregnant.
