Can squeezing nose's blackheads make nose go bigger?

Bad practice: Squeezing these can result in having the pimple center rupture and spread germs inside the skin. A reaction that accompanies a transient infection would cause a noticeable nasal swelling that would eventually fade. Such infections originating in this area could spread into the blood vessels that feed the brain....bad idea to mess with them.
