Migraine headaches: If you have not seen your doc you need to do so. Having said that, consider biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, psychotherapy for stress management, food sensitivity testing (Great Plains lab in KS, USA has a good one), massage. Medication may have a place but it is not the only way to treat. Peace and good health.

It varies: A bad day can trigger a migraine, but it's a mistake to focus on "stress management" to the exclusion of medication, which is usually required if you're susceptible. Something as simple as a low dose of propranolol daily may suffice, or carrying a pill or needle with sumatriptan may be required. I cannot recommend non-evidence-based "environmental" or "food sensitivity" testing.
