what type of injury is caused in back after a hard fall on butt onto concrete from a standing position ?

Probably nothing: For a 17 year old, probably nothing serious. You can fracture or dislocate the coccyx, which are the vertebrae below the pelvis, or even have a compression fracture to the other vertebrae, or disc rupture, but that is highly unlikely in a young person. That increases with age, however.
