A member asked:

I jumped on barefoot on hard concrete floor sometimes as a teenager after standing. could jumping barefoot cause permanent damage or stunt growth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not at all: The opposite may actually be true. The stimulation to the leg bones from the jumping increases blood flow and that exercise and stimulation could actually help with growth. No damage has occurred.
