I found out i am pregnant at week 4, when my breasts became sore+swallen. now, 1 week later, the tenderness has almost gone. can it mean miscarriage?

Breast tenderness: Pregnancy causes increased estrogen which makes target organs like breast tissue swell and become tender. It is unusual for this to disappear at week 4 to 12, so obtain a serum (blood) quantitative test for pregnancy to be certain things are normal.
