I was given zyrtec to help with thumping in ear it help to slow it down but today it started up more after shower is it safe to take another zyrtec?

Yes: You can take up to 4 tablets of Zyrtec a day but beware that it may cause drowsiness in some people. I am a little puzzled as why Zyrtec works at all in your ear condition since it possesses no decongesting property.
