Why do i cough up skin (almost clear) and able to scan it off sometimes from the top of my mouth close to my throat ?:(

Not skin. Cellular : You note that you are coughing up skin. It is soft and clear. It is unlikely to be skin. It may be cellular but not skin. You should see your doctor for a chest x ray. The next will be to culture the material that is coughed up because that is not normal. The doctor will ask your medications and allergies and may order more tests.
