Not that I know of: Am not aware of any studies showing gabapentin effective at treating either BP or pulse fluctuations or other autonomic dysfunction. Would be helpful do know what the origin of this dysfunction and your neuropathy since they may well be related. I hope you are seeing a neurologist for this, who may suggest testing for the various causes of such dysfunction. Talk with the prescriber for advice.
