Possibly: If your urine has an odor and pink tinge there may be blood, a sign of infection, or the presence of a foul odor may indicate bacterial vaginitis. Please see your MD get a urinalysis to determine how to proceed. New odor is an indication for a pelvic exam according to ACOG. Good luck.
