Go to ER.: Such a sharp, unrelenting abdominal pain requires a diagnosis right away. You need to present to an ED for evaluation and testing - blood testing, ultrasound, CT scan.

Don't move: Just kidding (kind of). Basically, if you move it gets worse, but no pain if you are still? If this is the case, it is likely a muscular, abdominal wall problem. Notice how I said "likely". You need a physician to examine you, and then come up with the next option of workup or treatment.
