I've been having sharp consistent pain in lower abdomen after being sexually active. pain last for 1+ hours. pain is a 10+.

Sudden onset pain: if this is a sudden onset lower abdominal pain triggered after sexual activity it can be several things including ovarian torsion , how ever we would need a little more history to exactly tell you what the cause is, kindly contact your ob/gyn to get further evaluation if the pain does not subside soon
