If no cough, fever..: 43 y/o Female says I'm having some pain in middle back upper part. When I take deep breath or move but sitting it's ok. Thought maybe it was a pulled muscle. Could be muscular but could also be from the lining of the lungs, Pleura or other components of the chest. If no cough, fever or other systemic signs, wait it out otherwise see PCP for imaging & other studies for diagnosis/ management.
