?Weight gain?: Assuming you mean weight gain. You can increase your carbohydrate load during meal time and you should start to slowly see an increase in weight if you eat more carbs/calories than before. You would want to supplement your change in diet with a good exercise program so you do not get "Fat" but more toned and "sculpted." Best wishes.
