Milk of magnesia: What other medications do you take?Any diuretics? MOM usually can cause dehydration due to excessive diarrhea, but you may have a renal ( kidney issue) check magnesium level , and consider referral to nephrologist( renal specialist ) Do not take MOM daily only on rare occasions for 1-2 d as can get too much magnesium Stop MOM and f/u w/ doc today for electrolytes
