I presume you mean: stomach or gastric ulcer (there can be ulcerations of skin wounds, in the mouth, etc)? Burning pain in the lower chest or upper abdomen, often relieved with eating, along with nausea, indigestion, burping or vomiting are all symptoms of gastric ulcer. The pain can be dull and more generalized over the add omen. Also, signs of bleeding ... vomiting/coughing blood or black stools. Stay well:)
