Married 10yrs recently had uti that was treated.only during sex there's a fishy smell, 2 times. what could cause this? no smell unless sex.

Typical BV symptoms: The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. The odor is often fishy and especially noticeable after sex. Trichomonas, an STD, is possible (if at risk). UTI antibiotics can trigger BV by suppressing protective bacteria. It is easily treated with metronidazole.
