No: Monitor, and have these checked at your next doctor/health appointment. I presume these are spots on the skin of your left breast, are small, and otherwise not causing you any symptoms. However, if these grow rapidly, cause pain, irritation, discharge, bleeding, then these should be evaluated qucikly.
