A member asked:

What are signs and symptoms of pelvic lesions? are they all cancerous?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not to worry: Pelvic lesions (or masses, growths, neoplasms, tumors) can present with unilateral pain, bilateral pain, bloating, a feeling of fullness, spotting, or a change in menstrual regularity. The majority would be benign, especially in a young woman. However, always seek medical evaluation if there's any question. Good luck.
