Pinched nerve, slipp: You need an evaluation to be given a diagnosis. This could be slippage or a tumor, or a fracture, or a disc, Sicne this type of pain persists you should be evaluated. It may not be more than a pulled muscle but I can't tell and feel you need evaluation
