If this is new: you need to see an ophthalmologist, or at least an ER that can examine your eyes and refer you to one. It is most likely floaters due to a vitreous separation, but could also be a retinal detachment which could be very serious. If you had a recent head injury, bungee jumping etc, you need to be seen now.
