How can i end this sound induced crackling that i've had since the year 1999? i'm going through depression because of this.

Sound crackling?: It's a bit hard to know what you are referring to when you say: "sound induced crackling." Since you date the symptoms back to 1999, I wonder if you may have something called Seasonal Affective Disorder, as the days are becoming shorter. Or could it be a problem with your ears, which is distressing and makes you depressed. I suggest a trip to the doctor will be helpful sorting it out. Good luck.!
