Usually yes, but...: When chlamydia shows up in a couple, usually there is another partner. But sometimes not, and you are best judge of hubby's behavior and truthfulness. Some kinds of tests can give false results. Rarely chlamydia may persist many years in intestinal tract, then reinfect female genital. No risk or concern for the kids. You should be tested too, and you both need treatment: better safe than sorry.
