Im doing cbt only 2 sessions so far with biofeedback for my panic attacks which are ruining my life. i constantly hang around hospitals and my heart races and i feel like i'll pass out if i go too far away from one. what else to do? im tired of this.

Brain fuel: Completely stop inflammation producing high carb foods (grains, lentils, potatoes based items). Also avoid milk protein (milk, yogurt, cheese). Low carb food items such as eggs, fish, meats, vegetables, some saturated fat (butter, coconut oil), olive oil are healthy foods that reduce inflammation in body and brain, hence improving panic attack symptoms. it takes about 4 weeks to see improvement.
