Mgt: An inbox consultation may help so that I may see the full report of testing. There are multiple causes, including liver disease, familial factor abnormalities and platelet dysfunction. I would suggest discontinuing the use of Motrin and similar products. He should eat a healthy diet and include leafy greens in his diet.
