Not to worry.: Irregular cycles are most probably due to perimenopause. As long as your vagifem use is as per recommendations by your GYN, you do not have to worry about endometrial cancer. However, you should use precautions to avoid pregnancy, because one can still get pregnant with irregular cycles. Certainly, any irregular bleeding such as prolonged, heavy, frequent menses should be investigated as well.

Unlikely: Intermittent use of the vagifem shouldn't increase your risk of endometrial cancer. Other risk factors like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, no pregnancies put you at more of a risk
