It is possible: It is sometimes possible to feel one and not the other. If you have a testicle on the side in question, it is very unlikely that the epididymis would be absent. Also, if the epididymitis you had a year ago was on the side that you can now feel, it is possible that it became a little thicker after it healed so that it is now easier to feel.
