Gastroenteritis.: Broadly, I would consider these symptoms consistent with gastroenteritis, if they just started and are not chronic. Now, gastroenteritis could be viral, bacterial or parasitic, although the parasitic infections tend to be more slowly developing and longer term, and are usually associated with some travel as you mentioned. If this continues beyond five days, see doctor for evaluation.
