Sure: Pregnancy at 28 weeks could certainly interfere with abdominal aorta measurements on ultrasound. The likelihood of a related problem would be rare at your young age. If you and/or your physician are concerned, consider having an ultrasound to assess the abdominal aorta 3-6 months after delivery.
