There isn't strictly: a diagnosis of "second endometrium". Maybe you mean the second phase of the menstrual cycle, the"secretory" or "follicular" phase, a finding on ultrasound or endometrial biopsy. If you haven't had a period since you stopped the Depo shot, you may be pre-menopausal. Blood tests for the hormones FSH & LH that regulate your periods might confirm your suspicions.
