Lumps: These may be small, burnt out lymph nodes and I recommend that a physician examine you and order any appropriate tests( cbc and differential, mono test)as well as check other areas of your body for palpable lymph nodes. If nothing else is found, the physician will recheck you in 2-4 weeks to insure that those nodes didn't increase in size or new nodes appear. If any change, a biopsy may be advised
