A member asked:

I have cerebral palsy and find it harder to move a delay in my movement if sorts andmore stiffness & pain. does it worsen with age ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It does for many: CP is quite variable in it's effect on patients from mild to disabling. Early and persistent work with therapy & Botox injections can often reduce the progression but over time the practical need for more assistance places many in a chair that would love to retain mobility. Muscles move better when they are balanced which is lost and worsens with age.
