3 day old. while he sleeps he occasionaly swallows air over and over like hes gearing up for a huge burp. he then burps,pukes,gags,gasps etc. :( wtf?

Any 3 DAY old: who is vomiting needs to be seen. It may be nothing, but at this stage you don't even know for sure that his "tubes" are all working, and it would be a tragedy if he were to aspirate while sleeping on his back. At least call the pediatrician and discuss. Good luck!
