Check pregnancy test: In mid cycle some breast tenderness and occasional mid cycle spotting can happen with ovulation. But always check pregnancy if doubt. Sometimes even pregnant can experience mild like " period spotting . breast tenderness and can be part of it. If any doubt check with your doctor.
