Any and all: You may use any HPT the day before your period. If it is positive, you can rely on it. If it is negative, that would not rule out pregnancy and you should re do the test 4-5 days after missed period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
