Sounds serious: Impossible to diagnose in this way, but you may well have a disc problem that is causing both these pains. If you are having difficulty walking it is serious and you really need to be examined to get a diagnosis. If there is any problem with feeling in your feet or legs, or difficulty urinating then it is a true emergency. Otherwise any primary care clinic could begin the workup. Good luck!
