See a Dr: The swelling could mean that you are suffering from sinusitis however there are many other causes of facial swelling as well. You need a physical examination to confirm what the swelling is due to. An accompanying headache is also not a good sign and therefore a visit to the Dr is ideal

Benign bump: This most likely is a lymph node, or an infected cyst. If you can feel it, it is in the soft tissue. Very rare to be any type of malignancy. Yes, get your sinusitis treated!
