Yes: Your acne is better managed with the clindamycin you are taking plus a topical like benzoyl peroxide. If this is not enough, prescription meds are in order

See a derm ?: Have not heard of that being used for acne, sounds like it would cause more scarring. I suggest you see a dermatologist for advice, this does NOT appear to be the right treatment for severe acne !
